WHAT’S INCLUDED...

WIFI, sound system, wooden trestle tables, wooden chairs, bistro tables, accessible toilet. Kitchenette (Kettle/fridge/microwave/mugs/glasses/crockery & cutlery/coffee machine).

EVENTS FOR 30 OR MORE PEOPLE

We ask for a deposit of £200 at the time of booking. This will be refunded after the event if all rubbish has been removed from the premises and the space is left clean and tidy and in a condition suitable for re-hire. if necessary we will deduct an £80 cleaning charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Where a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the booking a full refund will be given, 20-14 days before the booking a 50% refund will be given, 13-7 days before booking a 25% refund will be given.

PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKINGS
